Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the chair and pack it into its original shipping box, ensuring all components, hardware, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking number for confirmation.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for damages, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
