Most Dowinx models are designed to support up to 300 lbs (136 kg). Our heavy-duty series features reinforced frames and gas lifts that can accommodate up to 350 lbs.
Do Dowinx chairs come with a warranty?
Yes, all Dowinx chairs include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions. We also offer extended parts replacement for specific components.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Are the chairs difficult to assemble?
